Refund & Returns Policy

At MashForge, all of our products are made to order especially for you. This means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us at hello@mashforge.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo of the damaged or faulty item

We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Wrong Address If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfilment partners.
